I purchased your product, Turbo Tax Deluxe, free Federal and 1 free State filing from Sam's Club on line. After using your product to file my taxes, I proceeded to file them. After filing the Federal with no problem, I then attempted to file my 1 free State filing but it would not let me file it without first paying for the State filing. I had no other recourse but to pay the fee in order to file my State return that should have been free.
Claimed loss: $15.00
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for the $15 I was charged for filing my State return.
