The software is really bad, it does not update new input, it kept logging me out and each time, it goes back to where I left off, never save the new information. I spent 3 days trying to get my taxes done and it failed each time. It's the worst ever software to use and customer service can't fix the problem. I tried so many times to finish my tax but never got to the end. Today is the last day to file and I missed it. I can never trust this company anymore.
