TurboTax review: Self file and total service

I tried to file my taxes myself first. I entered all my forms, sipped my photos, answered all the questions. At the end, it said I had a refund of over $4,000.00. Great, right? Except, that could NOT be possible because I got $78,000 for a Gas lease which was not taxed. I had set aside $4680 to pay in taxes. So I knew that was wrong. After spending several hours trying to correct it, I could not find anywhere I did anything wrong so I switched to "do my taxes for me" for $150 dollars. I tried to schedule with a tax preparer. I clicked on "10:00am" but the system scheduled me for 1:00pm. Oh well, I was available. However, I clicked n the link to connect and the person never showed up or called in. OK, so I tried to reschedule for the next day. I clicked on 12:00 on Tuesday and it scheduled me for 3:00. I couldn't do 3:00 because I had somewhere to be. I had to cancel it. I messaged my person I was supposed to be paired with and stated my frustration. He said he would make sure we would meet at 11:00 the next day. I was at a training until very late that Tuesday and did not get home until late. I did not check messages until after 10:00 am Wednesday and found that he said we were not scheduled for 11:00. So, I went in and tried to schedule for 11:00 but the earliest was 12:00. So I clicked on 12:00 and was scheduled for 3:00. What is this insanity? I tried to go back to doing my taxes myself but the system won't let me. It keeps saying "try again." So now I am stuck.
