TurboTax review: Personal taxation

Been using turbo for over 30 years. I use and always used different laptops to keep my taxation available due laptop break downs, iI just reinstalled previous years. When I wanted to access, just clicked icon, enter my password and up it came. NEVER HAD PROBLEMS IN THE PAST. In the past, turbo always allowed access due to years gone by without locking up access.. Now im locked out of previous years and on current years, 2022, 2023 and 2024. I cant get on any years previously including 2024. I always bought with disks attached for safe keeping and my privacy and easy access, NOW GONE! I dont want turbo to control my taxes. Want at home use as it always been.. I NEED ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNTS ESPECIALLY LAST 3 YEARS. Len Deegan Ontario Canada
