I have been chatting with 10_Kathryn D and 5_John R for the past three hours. Turbo tax refuses to refund me the 56.97 dollar fee and the 29.99 dollar fee. The customer service from Kathryn was terrible so much disrespect. I tried to explain to her and she keeps saying they cant do it . I agreed to my tax money being deposited into my bank account at Members first not through a Sunrise Bank. Its ridiculous you go through three hours saying the same thing getting know where because the lady is rude. I am not filing my taxes here anymore neither is my family. This website is a scam. You have so many complaints and lawsuits about stealing money from people that actually work hard for their money. TurboTax is by far the worst decision I have made. I expect this to be resolved. thank you if your not affiliated with this bank then why am I getting charged?

As I stated...Turbo has changed by stopping midway on the very bottom plan, and saying you must upgrade to do the slightest deductions...this was not disclosed by law up front...you had plans to choose from, yes, but they have sliced and diced the very basic one I always used in past year...to cost you.
Yes, I can buy the program and have glitches as many have had that I am reading on...but when you advertise free federal online, ...and I have always used it...misleading. I learned this year...and will from now on go to IRS.GOV for the other alternate online sites that many are using successfully...yes...I could have stopped once much info in...but I chose to continue and finish, just making others aware now of the nickle and diming Turbo has changed to. I have always paid for the state, this is disclosed well.
Free is free...Turbo was not free and changed midway through when it had done all I needed to do on the very basic plan in all years past. That was my point.
If a person cannot constructively leave a comment, then kindly do not. You use a program, good for you. I choose to use an online service as many do still. I do plan on going elsewhere, thank you very much.

AS you progress through the "free" federal, if you want them to see if you have deductions this year...it HAS to be upgraded to basic...meaning an additional $17.50 in fees...not disclosed in the beginnning! Beware! Every year now, they keep finding a way to up fees and nickle and dime you...I think the Attorneys General of each state need to see the gimmick of this company.

If you don't like it, then go elsewhere. If you have enough itemized deductions, you should be paying for the program and installing it to your computer. You are whining about something you are getting for free!

I said NO to direct deposit and they did it anyway and charged me for it. ###!
