TurboTax review: Tax filing

Their new program is a nightmare. Try loading it said network error. I cleared the file of the new download. Redid and it worked. Day 2 tried to log in to my account and wrong password or e-mail. Well did a few times now locked out for 14 mins. Again no luck. Called support on hold for over 2 hours specialist tried everything no luck. Day 3 support again. The specialist was great problem not solved. She called back and we set up a new account. Filed taxes rejected, rejected not right AGI. I was using the AGI from turbo I have to mail. 3days 18hrs for what.
