Tropical Smoothie Cafe review: Blueberry bliss smoothie/ customer service

I ordered the blueberry bliss without bananas because I’m severely allergic and it even showed no bananas on the cup and receipt but when I took a drink, it had bananas in it. I called the store and the person who made my smoothie said “I’m sorry you’re going through that but there is not much I can do besides refund your drink. I thought I didn’t put any bananas in it.” The smoothie maker did not have nor show any remorse. This was on September 7th, 2023 at 8am at the location 1971 E. Independence Springfield, Missouri, 65804 I had to hurry and take my emergency allergy medicine because my throat started closing and when a customer says no bananas on their order as well as both receipts on the cup and the actual receipt says no bananas, how does someone just not care and put bananas in it anyway?
