I placed an order for a smoothie at your location. After my order, another customer also ordered a smoothie. The TS worker mistakenly gave my smoothie to the other customer, who drank from it before realizing it was not hers. The worker then attempted to hand me the same smoothie that had already been consumed.
I witnessed this, along with other customers, and the other customer even apologized for drinking my order. Despite this, the worker insisted on me taking the used smoothie until I requested a new one. Only then was a fresh smoothie prepared.
This was unsanitary and unacceptable. I am requesting that this issue be addressed with the staff to ensure proper handling of customer orders in the future.
