Travelgenio (travel2be) has poor communication with customers
I canceled my booking on 2020-04-02 because of Covid-19 and they said I will receive the refund on my card in the following 15 bussiness days.
However, I did not get any money or update mail from Travelgenio yet.
So I want to communicate to Travelgenio to solve this problem. Unsurprisingly, I did not get any respond from Travelgenio (email, phone).

Unsatisfied with the refund procedure
Hi, I recently booked a round trip ticket through Travelgenio but due to corona virus the airline company has cancelled my outbound trip. So to get a refund I checked with the airlines' customer service if they could proceed the refund, but as I booked my tickets through an agency, I had to contact directly the agency for the refund. That's why I finally contacted Travelgenio as they suggested, using the inquiry form on their website. But as a response, they sent me, without any words about my request, just another link in which I had to fill in exactly the same information that I had to fill in before. And I was very disappointed by their way of treating a customer's request. I just don't get the purpose of taking an effort to respond to an email with A LINK instead of a useful answer. Not only I would like to get a refund of the my outbound trip ticket but also of my inbound ticket because I'm afraid that a inbound ticket is useless without an outbound ticket. Regarding the refund method, I would like to get it through my debit card that I used to book tickets. Regards.

Customer service didn't respond any of my emails
As I checked with Malindo Air, they have cancelled my ticket and proceed to refund via agent. Turns out agent brought my ticket from APG Airline so I did emailed to them if both of them able to change my departure date. But unfortunately both failed and travel genio not responding to my email requests from past few weeks. I booked flight from Athens to Istanbul 2 months ago.
The number of Corona patients is growing very rapidly all over the world at the moment. And the issue of Asian discrimination is serious due to Corona. In addition, many countries including Greece, Turkey prohibit Koreans from entering the country.
Therefore, regardless of my will, it is impossible to travel.
So, other travel agency and hotel gave me full refund.
I tried to contact Travelgenio by website, mail, but there was no answer.

Cancelled flight due to covid 19
I have tried to contact Travelgenio on numerous occasions with regards to my flight that was cancelled due to Covid 19. I have attempted to contact by email which never gets a response. I have tried to contact by phone from the UK on [protected] but the phone number listed is actually a phone number for someone who has nothing to do with the company. I believe I am due a refund for this flight, cancelled due to no fault of my own.

I have just read your reply and been directed to the information page of your site. I assume the paragraph that relates to me is the following, copied from your page:
If the airline has cancelled or rescheduled the flight, you will be contacted directly by the airline itself or by one of our agents via e-mail to inform you about possible alternatives or to receive a refund. Please note, however, that the processing time for refunds always depends on the airline and could be longer than usual, given the current high demand for this type of procedure.
However, no agent has been in contact with me to offer any possible alternative or a refund. I do understand that everyone will be snowed under due to this crisis but I would appreciate contact from one of the agents at Travelgenio.
