Travelgenio Airplane - no response in covid-19

I am stuck in India becaus of Lockdown(Covid-19). Air India canceled my flight on May 2 without notice due to lockdown. And also there's no announcement from Travelgenio.

In the past 2 weeks, I have contacted a lot of e-mails, homepages etc., but there is no answer from Travelgenio.

The Indian government says it will return to Korea by May 17 due to visa expiration, but Air India says there are no flights. So I asked the Korean government for a special flight.

In this urgent situation, Travelgenio is not responding. Really disappointed.

I can't wait any longer in an urgent situation, so I request cancellation and refund of the flight.

Travelgenio I will be against travelgenio with my all efforts about your services and no-reply in the future.

I have sent you e-mail several times(cancellation of my flight booking) through your website. But you only gave me back an e-mail once, which was impossible. Everybody knows cancellation is possible due to Covid virus. I finished to check if cancellation is possible or not through Airline company. And many newspaper says exactly the same. However only travelgenio you say differently. Are you willing to take all customers' money for free? This is non sense and unreasonable.

Everybody remember this.
Don't believe this open complaints board.
Travelgenio give us just brief comment with their e-mail address.
When I send an e-mail again, they even don't read it.
Too unreasonable and unfair.
Don't hesitate to do all method to cancel your booking.
If you have a effective way, please let's share.
And I hope you to tell me.

Everybody remember this.
Don't believe this open complaint board and try to do all method you can contact to Travelgenio.
If you write a complaint comment, they only give an e-mail address.
When you send an e-mail to that, they even don't read it. No-reply and disappointed again.
Please gather and share an effective way to cancel and contact to them.
Let us know the way by writing on this board and let me know by sending an e-mail to me(hymxx@hannail.net)

Travelgenio I cannot cancel my ticket / no contact form on the website

Travelgenio is really useless.
I contacted to Travelgenio for the refund few weeks ago.
They replied first time but they said 'too many contacts from others, so wait the cancellation information from us'
Few days later, they sant the mail about change of schedule.
I want to cancel ticket cuz this is not only the unexpected change of schedule, but also I wan to avoid the affection of COVID-19.
But they close all contact form on their own site, and all mail form replied with auto-reply.
I called to airline to cancel the ticket directly, but airline said 'need calcel request from Travelgenio'.

Also Travelgenio said 'If you want to check the schedule, use CheckMyTrip app'. but when I input my reservation code in this app, they show the wrong schedule (I reservated the trip from Japan to Korea, but this schedule shows to Madrid)

Travelgenio Waiting the refund for a month

I contacted with one of agents, Mahela and he or she haven't answered me for a month.
I'm really upset about this situation
Don't reply that you need the airport authorization and coronavirus. You keep saying the same thing over and over for a month. I doubt that I was conned and I'm considering of reporting this
If not, I want to receive the refund asap.

How can you not reach a single phone call or email? Currently, I cannot fly to Germany and I have been asking for months. To ask for a refund of my flight ticket.

Travelgenio Complete failure to engage, and stealing over £600.

I have sent emails direct and vis Resolver. All I get is an immediate automatic response saying that I have not give a 10 digit reference. I have an 8 digit booking and payment reference ([protected]). I have copied all of your relevant correspondence and details. If this is not resolved, I will pursue by every means possible. It appears that you are simply refusing to engage in any way.

This is Han Seol. I left a review before. Thus TravelGenio asked to send mail to customer.[protected]@travelgenio.com. So I sent e-mail. However, TravelGenio does not read my mail, but only sends an automatic response mail. I want a full refund right away. I am very angry with this kind of work. I booked a flight from Brisbane to Incheon on May 10th. I was unable to use my ticket. My Booking ID is [protected]. And My booking code is WNHNNS. I want a full refund as soon as possible. Send me a refund approval email!

Travelgenio 100% refund

Hello. I am a customer with the reservation code of M6WX57. I have bought a ticket from Vienna to Incheon, but recently was informed by the korean airline that the flight has been rescheduled to Paris to Incheon. Since I may not be able to follow the specific schedule, I would like to cancel my flight altogether and get a 100% refund.

Travelgenio Refund

I requested cancellation on the website, but a few days ago, it was already being requested, so I just waited, but today I couldn't make the request and had to cancel it from the beginning again.
And no reply to the mail.
What am I supposed to do?
Your response is tooooo bad you know?

Travelgenio Cancellation and refund of my air ticket

I have booke a ticket travel from sharjah to chennai. and return from chennai to sharjah.

Due to pandemic I could not travel. I requested travel genio to cancel my ticket and to refund my amount. I got a request number against my cancellation request raised through Travel genio site

Travelgenio Yet to receive my booking confirmation and tickets

I booked tickets home form Travelgenio on the Travel2be website. Yet to receive my booking confirmation and tickets. Have only received an email that my flight is cancelled? Been trying to get in contact but it's virtually impossible unless your flight is departing in the next 72hrs. My question is how am I supposed to get home when I am unemployed and have spent most of my money on an expensive plane ticket that is of no use to me. I am now stranded.

I would like a refund immediately or I will have to go to the local authorities, this company is obviously a scam. There is no excuse to sell plane tickets for flights that don't exist.

No point emailing customer service. I want some direct contact information please. My email is [protected]@gmail.com and my phone number is [protected]. Booking number [protected]. Thank you

I have tried so many times to contact Travelgenio to get a refund of the flight ticket, but they have not received any answers so far.
So I left a review here a week ago and they gave me an email address. I sent an e-mail to that address, and they sent me a link so I wrote a form on the website through the link, and I have not received any answers since then.
I am under too much stress.
Give me my money back!

Just so you're aware: there is no social media presence for TravelGenio, but there IS a Facebook group dedicated to TravelGenio Victims, with thousands of members since it's creation in November of 2019. That should tell you everything you need to know.

I booked a ticket to Bali through TravelGenio. After Covid-19 shut down borders, I was unable to go on the trip. I attempted to contact TravelGenio via phone and by submitting a ticket online at least 48 hours prior to my scheduled departure date. Things were chaotic, so I didn't expect to hear back immediately. But I NEVER heard from them. So, I waited a month and called back. I was told that my ticket was listed as 'suspended' by the airline itself. So, I called the airline, and the ticket was was 'unlocked'. I called back to TravelGenio and the representative confirmed that my ticket was no longer 'suspended'. However, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund, only a voucher for HALF of my ticket. The agent told me to try and request the refund from the airline itself. So, I called the airline (again) relaying this information and was told that was absolutely not the case, and to request that an agent at TravelGenio should contact them directly to resolve the issue instead of making me do all the work (I agree!). So, I contacted TravelGenio; this time I was told by an agent that they could not contact outside sources and that my ticket was not eligible for refund according to the airlines own regulations--which I know is not true, because the airline plainly states on their website that they are issuing refunds for trips caused by disruptions due to Coronavirus. So, becoming increasingly irritated, I called the airline and BEGGED them to communicate with TravelGenio; the representative was kind enough to write a note indicating that I did indeed qualify for a full refund. I tried to call TravelGenio back, but was left on hold and eventually hung up on twice. So, I called the next day and was told by a representative (who only spoke Portuguese--fortunately, my mother speaks Portuguese) that there was no note! Furthermore, that the ticket is listed as 'suspended', somehow. I asked to speak to a manager twice and was told there was no one for me to speak to. How could that be possible?

For those of you keeping track: 5 phone calls to TravelGenio, 4 phone calls to airline, 2 attempted phone calls, 3 emails, and COUNTLESS hours wasted doing what SHOULD be the responsibility of this company.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst customer service experience I have had to endure. There is no accountability in sight. I will be pursing legal avenues to resolve this issue, I will be contacting Skyscanner, I will be contact media companies to warn as many people as I can, and I will be posting as many complaints as humanly possible.

TravelGenio: hope the money you stole from me is worth the future customers you will lose.
