Toyota dashboard

I have camry 2009 I heard from friend that toyota change he's car dashboard so I call them and thay say that my car is in the list which is frome factory but if you came before 3 month we will change it how I would know that if my car on the list and thay know but no one call me just I heard from friend it's 2009 and it's warranty for 10 years and thay didn't call Tha user they should tall as about it

Toyota insurance claim complaint

Innova no RJ14UE3068 was given for accidental repairs at Rajendra Toyota. They asked for cash for the bill. I told that my policy is cashless but GM workshop said that they don't have tie up with that company for cashless claims. Hence I requested him to give this reason in writing but he didn't do so and misbehaved with me.
Plz revert back with a solution and provide me the above reason of not entertaining The cashless claims in writing from dealership or Toyota company

Toyota engine not starting weak battery they told me to tow the car with my own expenses by the way my car 2 months old use

the first problem i ecountered in 2 moths brand new car toyota rush G is the vanity merror even you closed, its still the light on, as action we bring it to SC the action did was cut the wiring connection of vanity merror and they will replace the whole vanity merror waiting for the call of SC for the availability of of the said parts but unfortunately untill now still waiting (july 27 2019 untill now aug 23 2019 how long it will takes)

The the second problem i encoutered for the 2 months brand new car after pressing the push button start but the engine remains off, not starting
As action i call SC of toyota calamba to fix this problem, and they said the only way is to tow the car with my own expensis but SC WILL give 40% for the towing

Toyota 2019 toyota tacoma with v6 and manual transmission

Purchased new 11/30/2018 from peterson motors in Boise Idaho. My new Tacoma has a very annoying dead spot on the acceleration curve between 1500-1800 rpm. The dealer tells me that my Tacoma is operating "normally" and, although they acknowledged the problem, they insist that there is "nothing they can do about it and I just have to wait for Toyota to come up with a solution to the problem". This is not acceptable.

I have since learned that this problem is common to all 3rd generation Tacomas equipped with V6 engine and manual transmission. After spending $40K on this pickup I find Toyota's attitude about this problem very disturbing and contrary to their reputation as a maker of quality vehicles. I've been driving Toyotas since 1968 and, until now, have been a loyal fan of the brand. The dealer tells me that Toyota won't do anything about a problem until they receive enough complaints about it. The problem with this attitude is that a V6 Tacoma with manual transmission is becoming an increasingly rare configuration...most have automatic transmissions.

Please help me bring this problem to the attention of the people at Toyota who can do something about this issue. This is otherwise a great little pickup and I would like to keep it if Toyota can come up with a solution to this problem. Aftermarket solutions exist, but they will likely void my warranty. PLEASE HELP!

Toyota getting my deposit returned

They took $431.00 on a lease that was cancelled on August 5th and keep getting the run around. Now it's been over 3 weeks and still no money out back into my account and now they said they have a glitch in the system. I just want my money back. I have a lease ready to expire in 2 months. Can someone help me to get my deposit back... I'm in a chapter 13 bankruptcy and I did not know that I could not lease a car being in this program.I was approved but I needed a documents from the court to get approved before I go and lease another car. But my lawyer said that it would not be easy. So I called to cancelled my options.

Toyota Dashboard melting issue; toyota corolla 2013 sports model

Dear Sir,

Please be informed that I have purchased a Toyota Corolla - Sports Version with full option in 2013.

All this while I use to park my car under the shed within my company campus.

I was shifted to another group company some time ago where I need to park my car in open since there is no shed available here but using sun-shed protective cover on my dash

board. To my uttermost surprise, I noticed that my dashboard has started melting and my sun-shed cover is sticking on the dash board. When I touch the dash board, I could see it is

getting pressed due to melting of plastic. I sincerely feel that this is a big defect in the car I could not notice all this while since it is parked under the shed. This will create a serious

health hazard problem since am travelling almost 3 hours every day.

Appreciate if you can look into this immediately and provide solution.

Toyota inappropriate repair

My Car was repaired at Mike Calver collision Center in 2016. The front bumper was replace and light etc. was changed Since then I had to go to the collision center multiple times to get the loose bumper fixed. Just recently the loose bumper created another situation for me. The bumper got caught in the column in the garage and in an effort to release that I had to go back and forth multiple times. Once the loose bumper squeezed a little the car was out but caused a dent close to the door. I reached out to the collision center to address the issue. First of all it took them few days and multiple calls to let me know that they are not going to take care of that as it had nothing to do with the bumper.

The bumper was glued to the car instead of pinned in. When I took my car to another dealership and inquired how would they fix the bumper, they told me it always needs to be pinned in. Mike Calvert kept telling me that the Toyota has this defect where it sits too low and every time car goes on the bump the bumper get loose. I argued with them that road are made to drive and there is nothing a driver can do to escape that road condition. The original bumper never did that but they did not fix it. The dealership customer realtion person also gave me the same excuse. I am really unhappy how they did not stand behind their own fixed bumper.

Toyota a sales experience/false advertising

I am now in the process of buying a car, and i was going to switch to Toyota, but after what happened Saturday Aug/10 I don't think Iwill ever step a foot at a Toyota dealership
Our appointment was at 3pm, we keep waiting until 20min later they say okay the sales rep will be here shortly, and then he comes in to take us to the office and then we wait 10 min, then he starts taking my information so we can test drive the car that they had online which is a 2016 Rav4 with nice pictures online and perfect car fax
Then he goes to get the key and disappears for another 15min and comes back finally with the keys, we go out to see the car, only to find out that the driver side is totally crashed, the doors are a disaster
We are shocked and we ask the sales representative, is this a joke? And he is telling us thats why it's cheap, which it wasn't, its 16k and has 30k miles and we are like but you're website or you never mentioned any of damage that the car has!
We ask for the manager and saying we drove 30 min to see the car, after 45 min waiting it's turned out a false advertising and a bad car!
They did not even try to apologize
What a bad customer service and bad advertising
Am very disappointed with this experience, didn't expect it from Toyota
And also am going to set this as my review for this dealership, so the people can be prepared be they go there

Toyota changing dashboard for avalon

I have gone to Toyota Bahrain customer service department regarding the factory defect of the Dashboard for the 2007 Avalon Gulf specs (4T1BK36BX7U190787) to be changed. One employee told me that they would not be changed because they did not contact me and when I was not convinced by his answer, another employee came to me and said that the offer of replacement had ended and also they are not calling to be replaced but the customer who goes to them to claim the replacement is approved after consulting the main company.
The difference in their answers increased my doubts about their credibility in persuading the customer and also they are relying on any offer? This is a manufacturing defect and has nothing to do with a certain period and also without advertising in the official newspapers.
I ask you to intervene urgently to resolve this issue and take my right so as not to be harmed by this individual decision of them.

Toyota paid for services — did not get

I bought a 2016 rav4 new in 2016 I also bought a tire and wheel insurance that I paid over 500 dollars for. I had a flat tire on the Rav4 and took it to Toyota here in Roswell, NM to get it repaired. I told the person at Toyota I had insurance I bought with the car for the tires.
He said he wanted to look at the tire I said ok and we went to my car and he looked and said they would not fix it because it was to weater and old I said it was only three years old that we bought the car there three years ago new and also paid over 500 dollars to have the tires insuranced. He basically called me a lier and said the tires where older then three years. I said so the insurance I bought from them was no good--he said I guess not then told me to take the car to Discount Tire and they would fix it for free. I did not pay Discount Tire 500 dollars to Fix my flats I did pay Toyota. Toyota wanted me to buy new tires from them at over $1, 000. I have bought two new cars from Toyota here in Roswell--I will never set foot in that place again.

I experienced the same problem. I purchased the extended warranty. When it came time to address a engine failure. The comment was it was not covered. Crazy to think. the engine is not covered under warranty. Furthermore they replied with their standard reply with no investigation. The cause was the engine started leaking a significant amount of oil. waited 15 days for parts. no rental was provided. excuse after excuse. I am glad a purchased an audi. I would never recommend a toyota to anyone. the accountability is the worst i have ever experienced. I have purchase a new car every 3 years for the last 40 years.

Toyota bait and switch on new car purchase august 2, 2019

Went in to purchase new 2019 Rav4 XLE $28320 Internet priced... Salesman guide to and then sold my niece (first time car buyer...Tayloy Jones) a lesser optioned Rav4 for $28320... Today
we went into dealership to discuss ways to make a very unhappy customer happy...sales team on duty said the new car with only 100 miles had depreciated 8000 since contract was signed August 2 2019... sales team said unless we pay for depreciation we need to leave... Clear unehical bate and switch treatment on a female...Sad...Unfair...

Toyota steering wheel fell to the knees while driving

Last Thursday, while driving my wife, the steering wheel fell off.
I have a Toyota Yaris from 2011.

We are disappointed by the extremely long calling time and the fact that no one gives us a clear answer when the repair is ready.

We're scared and worried about what could have happened.
What confidence could I have in Toyota?

Toyota etios exclusive (petrol)-2014

I had purchased Etios Exclusive (petrol) on 30th of July 2014, from all past days and every service I had no complaints from the dealer "Sunny Toyota", Amausi, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. but from last month on 24th of JUNE I had visited that dealership for some body work and AC trouble, that time they ensure me to handover my Car on or before 05/7/2019, but they fail to do that and delivered my Car on 12/7/2019 evening around 18:30hrs. when I was paying the cost for the repair the service manager told me that my front shock absorber are not in good condition, here its worth mentioning as before I had given my Car for AC repair it has no other complain, and from 24/6/19 to 12/7/19 they never told me any thing . now when I go toward my home I heard some noise coming from engine compartment, I call to the dealer service manager but they don't picked my phone .
on 13/7/19 when we go for an entrance exam of my daughter I feel the sound now come fore frequently and regularly : I again called to the Service manager but he didn't pick the call then I'll lodged the complain via Toyota App of my phone. then on 15/7/19 they picked my Car and after a few min they told me that my all 04 shockers are worn out and it cost around 20, 000/- then I asked them to send me the detail, surprisingly the detail came for 11500/- only and for the sound coming from engine compartment they said that there is a dent on my muffler and it has to be changed.
Its for your kind information my car was get hit from ground side anywhere on road, and the sound was coming from the moment I'll collect the car from Dealership and drove only few meters.
Still the Car is in Dealership, on 26/7/19 a call came that they delivered my car on 29/7/19 but still nothing happened : no call no e-mail, no information.

Kindly see the matter and resolve my problem please.
In connection above I'll already complained to the GM and Service manager of Dealership, but no positive action taken.

Toyota camry hybrid video playback from usb

Since purchasing the car in 2016, I have been unable to play video fro usb as it says "Unable to Playback"

Been to toyota service centre many times but they do not seem to be having an answer to this. Totally clueless. They take note but no response. However the same file can be played in camry 2.0 or altis.

The file is in mp4. I also tried wmv which are also formats allowed according to audio book

Toyota finance

i was cheated by the finance mgr Mr Hugo Alcantar on contract on 7/23/19
i have a deal $21, 500 plus tax and license at 2.9% 60 months. corolla 2020 SE. Bur when I signed the contract they change to 3.79 and mimus rebate $750.price of $22, 500. I choose the 2.9% instead og the tebate. I know this was way that the finance get you and it a form of cheating thats why I WILL NOt recommend of buying this dealership .You need this investigate why this happened when customer and salesman agree. Im sorry but I can't stand this cheating

Toyota toyota hilux

I have endorsed my service toyota hilux 2.4l 4x2 at - d5-004 / 2017 with conduction sticker wb-2018, purchase / delivered last july 04, 2017. (under warranty period) to toyota marikina for the following abnormal observation:

1. Losses 1 liter of coolant from reservoir for only short distance travel (8-10 km)
2. White smoke coming out from the muffler
3. Everyday travel from home to office need to refill coolant reservoir with 1 liter coolant.

Customer service complaint:
1. 54 days from endorsing for service has no positive progress yet.
2. I only received 3 updates since I endorse for service.
3. Not answering call for follow up
4. Problem has no action and feedback of diagnosis, first feedback when I visited and check status of problem answer was this is a first encounter that no concrete analysis.
5. Based on item 4, why up to this date considering this is toyota product that no concrete diagnosis and solution has been implemented for the period of 54 days.
6. Long overdue service, personnel on the customer service promised to process service unit while they are still conducting approriate action, timeline was 2 weeks, but until now no service unit issued.
7. This is a company car where we are using toyota as our preferred brand of service and our 4th service car unit and this is essential to our business, our daily activity was already greatly affected.

With above concern, we are hoping toyota will extend utmost customer care.

Toyota 10,000 mile service

Had a 10, 000 mile service usually I'm in 1 1/2 -2 hrs . Was in and out in 45. My tires weren't rotated my air was at 32 in my tires and my maintenance lights still on after service . Seriously did the even change my oil? I feel cause I'm a woman they thought they could take advantage of me. Now i have to wast another day to go back and hope this time they will get it done right . How many others they do this to? This is wrong in so many ways .😡I'm very upset as this isn't right

Toyota fault in transmission system

Dear Sir,

I have a Toyota Auris 2013 that I bought at January 2014, I have always done my services at Toyota Egypt and I trusted that they'd keep my car well maintained.

Engine: 1ZR-FAE
Frame No. : SB1ME4JE80E021836

My issue started when I heard a grinding noise, I went to Toyota to check on this sound at 72, 000Km back on March 2019 they told me it's a fault in the transmission system and that it has a manufacture defect but as it is out of warranty I'll have to pay for a new transmission system which cost 35% of the price of a new 2019 model.

Toyota agent in Egypt informed me that they changed my transmission fluid at 42, 000Km in January 2017 (after 3 years of owning the car) at Toyota according to the periodic service I followed.

I don't understand what happened to my transmission, Toyota Egypt told me that this is a pure manufacture defect and the responsibile engineer told me exactly "it is bad luck".

Why am I buying this car? I bought a reliable brand and now I ended up having to pay 35% the price of a new 2019 car? why am I not getting any compensation for this as it is a manufacturing defect?

I find Toyota responsible to compensate me a proper compensation as this is completely your fault, either by giving me a faulty transmission system which appeared after years or by not properly or by being late in changing my transmission fluid.
