Rubbin Sheffield…I tried shopping at this location and received no assistance. I waited in line 15 minutes at the jewerly counter where there was1 customer. I wanted to purchase a couple items and the associate said she couldn’t help me. I located the manager whom I was told her name was Camilla whom I asked if she could assist. She said that she could not spare anyone though there were 2 cashiers waiting for a customer. I asked if she could assist me and she turned and walked away even after I said I wanted to purchase something.

Desired outcome: Train so called manager to not ignore or lose you customers
