Timberland Timberland boots

Purchased a pair of timberland boots from a local mall in my town. Paid 130.00 dollars for the shoes. I have owned them for a little over a month and the back heel has fallen off on both shoes. I went back to the mall and showed the cus. Service representative. He says it's out of they're hands. So I took it upon myself to call Timberland. I got asked for my personal info and was told they'd can be back. It's been over two weeks+. I'm stuck with a pair of "defected boots" and now I see being a customer for 8-9 years don't fly.

Claimed loss: 133.00

Desired outcome: Refund to my card or replacement.

Timberland Timberland

I posted my return using Timberlands courier and return label .

They sent me 2 confirmation emails saying they had received my items and would refund me.

However they didn’t and after at least 10 phone calls and emails with appalling customer service they said they won’t refund me and gave no reason!

They have caused me so much stress and is unnecessary .

I cannot get to a complaints department or anyone but there useless customer service people.

Claimed loss: 100

Desired outcome: 100

Timberland Pink leather Timberland boots sole coming off

Bought pink timberland boots less than 7 months. I only wear them on special occasions. So like a dozen times. I've been purchasing timberland boots for 30 years now. My boys wore/ collected them
Knowing the reputation I paid $150 the sole is coming off the bottom of one boot. Sole is worst than pic. I didn't want to wedge it open. Not cool at all

Desired outcome: I would appreciate these being replaced. There's absolutely no reason this should be happening at $150.00 (specifically these days) and Timberlands reputationThis is non acceptable

Is Timberland legit?

Our verdict: Complaints Board's thorough examination reveals Timberland as a legitimate entity with notable strengths. Despite a 8% resolution rate on customer complaints, which invites a closer look, Timberland stands out for its commitment to quality and security. Clients considering Timberland should delve into its customer service record to gauge compatibility with their expectations.

Timberland earns 91% level of Trustworthiness

Perfect Trust Endorsement: Timberland achives 91% ligitmacy per Complaints Board. Highly recommended, yet always stay vigilant.

We found clear and detailed contact information for Timberland. The company provides a physical address, 18 phone numbers, and 2 emails, as well as 4 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.

Timberland.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.

Timberland.com has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.

Timberland as a website that uses an external review system. While this can provide valuable feedback and insights, it's important to carefully evaluate the source of the reviews and take them with a grain of salt.

We looked up Timberland and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information

This website offers payment methods that provide the option for customers to get their money back, which could be a positive indicator of the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Timberland.com appears to have online shopping features, it's important to know that the platform supports an extensive range of payment methods, making it convenient and easy to complete your transaction. The payment procedure on the website is also relatively simple and straightforward, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for buyers.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • While Timberland has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 8% of 45 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • Timberland protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
  • We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to Timberland. These reviews may indicate issues with the company's products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.

Timberland Timberland pro boots (boondocks)

My timberland pro boots (boondocks) are in great shape but the soles disintegrated and came apart. These are great boots, but never expected this.
The other boot is fine, but not this one. I wore them today 1/25 and noticed that I was walking oddly like my heel was in a hole, when I inspected the moot, I found the inside of the heel seemed to have disintegrated and the rest of the soul was coming apart.

Desired outcome: Replace my boots or fix them please

Timberland Timberland chelsea boots women

I bought a timberland cortina valley chelsea boots from New York 34th street store. After less than a month of owning it, the black leather started to discolour and there are bluish patches developing on both boots.

I put in a warranty claim (claim number SA #157415) but this is the response I receive - “ Your product was thoroughly inspected by a member of our Quality Control Team. We have determined that the issue with your footwear is cosmetic in nature and does not affect the function or durability of your shoes. Neither time nor length of ownership is a factor in this determination.”

This is not the kind of quality expected from timberland. Never going to purchase timberland again , complete waste of money. I expect better quality leather from timberland than one what discolours after 20 days. Why will someone pay so much money to roam around with boots that have blue coloured patches on it. I would like a refund for my product. Please help look into this asap.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for my product. Please help look into this asap.

Timberland Missing

Case Number: [protected]

I was suspicious of the parcel once I looked at it.

I was busy laying a laminated floor a lady brought to my door and put on the doorstep, she asked if I was Mr. Singh, I answered yeah and she left I picked boxes up and put them onto onside as My hands were dirty and I carried on laying the floor I later showered and then gave my partner the boots as they were a gift and when I studied the box properly I could see it was tampered with and the seal was broken and it felt light so I videoed the opening of the box and good job I did and nothing was in it

I contacted Timberland straight away online and then on the phone Monday 12 Sept 2022

I called 3 times but no one seemed bothered.

I have tried downloading the video but it's too big

Until I spoke with the last person

Desired outcome: Refund please

Timberland Work boots

Hello,

I have a pair of Timberland work boots that one year got their soles come unglued. I was planning to have them glued back, but the sole seems to have expanded way beyond the size of the boot. Please see the images.

Leather and rubber are fine, but there is no way to fix them, and while I was OK about fixing them it looks like I will have to toss them.

Desired outcome: Provide a way to fix them.Provide a replacement.

Timberland Timberland soles

3 yr old Timberland Pro boots with 'walk hero's soles have just disintegrated.

The boots are used semi regularly, approx on e or twice per month, for working in and also motorbiking.

They have not say unused. The uppers are dirty, but otherwise nearly perfect.

The outer soles are only slightly worn, and nearly perfect.

However there is a foam layer glued between the outer soles and leather bottom of the main shoe. This has disintegrated into pieces and both soles have fallen off the boot.

The boots are otherwise perfect, and an expensive purchase, but seem to have used a very cheap foam in the middle of their construction which degrades and falls apart Ina relatively short period of time. I expected much better of a prium brand pair of work boots when budget boots have last far longer.

Desired outcome: I do not need new boots, I would be happy for the foam layer to be replaced and repaired as the boots are otherwise great. I live in BVI, but boots could be repaired in US or UK while travelling.New boots would still be great of course!

Timberland Timberland boots

I got Timberland shoes I wanted for my birthday as a gift from my husband. They were purchased on the 24/01/2022 and I wore them once for 20 minutes on a school run and could not literally walk back home as my feet were bleeding. I hardly got home, a week later I can hardly walk. The wounds were so deep that my feet are still hurting. I wanted to request a refund from the shop but I have been told that becasue they have been worn I cant return them. I am not attempting to wear them again. I would like to have this issue resolved somehow.

Desired outcome: Refund, gift card, voucher

Have had the Timberland Endurance Pro (model-89631) soft toe boots for several years, although only use them about one or two days a year. While using them to clear some weeds I found the sole was separating from the upper leather. When I purchased the shoes I did not realize that they were glued rather than sewn together. Now I have a pair of shoes, hardly worn in need of repair (sewn) to last me forever. Didn't realize that they were made in Bangladesh and put together with glue. Would like to know where I can send the shoes to have them sewn together like the old time quality boots. I like the quality of the leather, the fit and non-slip sole, just need them repaired correctly.

Timberland Timberland Pro work boots

My wife and I purchased 4 pairs of Timberland Pro work boots that have all suffered the same problem. Defective sole attachment. All 4 pairs have the sole attachment material disintegrating. The first pair that is happened to was replaced by Timberland but then 2 others failed and finally my wife's pair failed and they would not replace any of the 3. I have a desk job and my wife is disabled so we are not hard on these boots. I even kept them in the same box to protect them. We purchased all 4 pairs at the same time. I think they all should be replaced but I do understand that probably won't happen. At minimum they should replace my wife's since they are like new except the sole is falling off. I have images of the defective soles.

Desired outcome: Replacement boots

Timberland Timberland Pro Series Boot - Required by County of Sacramento

I purchased Timberland Pro Series Boots as required for field work in Sacramento, Ca Department of Transportation. The Timberland boots I purchased were recommended as being not only comfortable, but protective as well as per County Safety requirements. I changed residence and put these boots in with others in a box. Upon opening the box about 4 months later, I found that the rubber compound for the soles was disintegrating in a breakdown process identified as hydrolysis. All other shoes, all much cheaper in quality and price, demonstrated no similar decomposition.

I have had these shoes before with no problems. Contacted Customer support and they indicated that if I did not have the original box that they could not help me. This does not speak to the material failure but certainly provides a loophole for the company to walk away from defective materials. This may be representative of the company policy but negatively impacts the consumer thus suggesting that for better quality, to seek a supplier other than Timberland.

Desired outcome: New quality boots for use in municipality / $160

Timberland The pair of black santa monica sunrise crossband sandals I bought left deep wounds on the top of my feet

On June 30th I bought a pair of black Santa Monica Susrise Crossband sandals in Barcelona. I'm a fan of Timberland and I always buy shoes from this brand for their design and quality, which are incomparable. The first time I went out in sandals, I had deep wounds on the top of my foot, which took more than two weeks to heal. I bandaged my feet and tried the sandals one more time and they hurt my foot even more. I lent my sister the sandals to see if maybe they wouldn't hurt her, but the same happened, she got all the hurt on the top of her foot too. I believe there is a defect in the joining of the two strips. I think it's a shame because I couldn't use them in the summer. They are beautiful and not cheap!

Desired outcome: My money back or the possibility to change it for another model

Timberland Customer service

Hi, my name is Lidia, I'm from Moscow. I have purchased the Timberland gift card in Metropolis Shopping Mall, the nominal of the card is 15000, 00 rubles. The consultant in the shop has told that I can purchase Timberland shoes in both official stores and in Outlets. But it turned out that he gave the wrong information. I went to Timberland Outlet and they didn't accept the gift card. They said that I can not buy from Outlets. Can you please clarify the situation?
I would appreciate your answer.

Timberland Women's boots

I purchased the boots awhile ago for moderate hikes. Since I have other hiking boots these were only used a couple times a year. I hadn't worn them in awhile and decided to take them out to wear when I took my dog out for a walk. I was about a mile into the walk and heard a strange noise. I looked down and the decomposing sole of my shoe is what I found. I have never had anything like that happen to any shoes. I always thought Timberland was a reputable brand, however, this made me view it in a completely different light.

Desired outcome: Replacement boots

Timberland timberland pro boondock boots

Hello, my names Larry Formway, I'm a glazier in the construction industry for the last 8 years. 5 of those years I've been a major supporter of ur boondock pro series work boots. I tell all my coworkers these are the best boots. I've gone through many pairs and brands from thuroughgood wolverines and carhart. By far your products have been above and beyond... Till now. This is my third pair of boots of this style the boondock series. Barley over a year the leather has become unattached at the ankle support area in the back of the boot. Because it's just after a year and not to mention I didn't keep the receipt because I was confident in the boots lasting. These boots are 179 plus taxes. I can get a 40$ pair of diehards to last a year at a fraction of the cost but I go by you pay for what you get. Here are some pics so you can see the rip. Also I have sent pics to show tread wear showing these boots still have many more life left. I hope we can resolve this issue and I can continue being a customer with timberland. Also timberland pro stores to do not carry these boots in stock. Thank you and email me back anytime.

Timberland boot delivery/cancellation

I had a 50% coupon to use for purchase,
I went online and purchased a sale pair of boots that were already 40% off original price. I entered my code and paid 49.00
I purchased on the 29th, coupon expired on the 30th. When I did not receive them in 4 days I went online to track the order and found that it had been cancelled due to inventory discrepancy. I called to see if they would still honor my 50% coupon. They said they actually still had some boots in stock and I would receive it in 3-4 business days. Again I did not receive the boots. I again called to be sure they would honor the now expired coupon and they would not. I am very dissatisfied at this result, not fair to the customer that inventory is not correct on website.
A desirable resolution would be to honor 50% off and overnight the boots of my choosing.
