Tim Hortons on Graham Avenue Winnipeg, MB. The service was good until a year or so ago when it went totally down hill. I wait I. The mornings to catch my 8:00 am bus. One cashier insists on talking to people instead of decent service and the others are so slow I have to be there at least 15 mins ahead to not miss my bus. Today a woman came in without a mask and cut in front of me, security is useless too. I've seen angry customers just swear in frustration and leave too many times to count. I gave them a year before I complained but something has to be done. Where is the focus on speedy efficient customer service. Thank you
Desired outcome: Efficient fast customer service
Um, hello! So what’s changed in the past year? A pandemic perhaps? Employees are quitting in droves, mainly because they are fed up with rude customers who are absolute dicks. You see people being rude, well guess what. Nobody deserves to put up with abusive people at work, period. Security? I’m sorry, are the 15 year old employees supposed to be security as well? Give your head a shake bud, you are a huge part of the problem. Maybe you need to get up a bit earlier and stop complaining.
