Tim Hortons review: Staff

Haven't had a coffee at TM in years. personally and also the thoughts of many people I know, your coffee is horrible, dirty water, not to mention the dog food menu.
Regardless of this, I was offered a coffee and to be polite, because that's how a civill society should behave, I accepted.
The lady at this particular location was disgustingly rude and bitter.
I remembered to have some points and wanted to use them before expiry, (another cheap TM tactic)
The lady would not let us redeem points because she didn't know how and her comment was "I don't know and I don't use the app" and walked away.
Maybe she doesn't like her job? Ia she being mistreated by management? I ask because it seemed she was being forced to work.
I guess my mistake for setting foot in aTM shop, never again!
Tim Hortons, you suck!
