Tim Hortons review: Slow drive thru service

We go to Corry PA Tim Hortons just about every Saturday, up until last visit on 2/27/21. The lobby is not opened due to Covid-19 and have no choice but to use the drive thru . I can honestly say that the drive thru is the slowest service we have every experienced at any Tim Hortons every time we go. We literally sit for at least 20 minutes or more in line before our order is even taken then another 10-15 minutes just to get our small order. We asked the worker at the window when the lobby would open and he said he had no idea and we told him that they have the slowest service we have ever experienced at any Tim Hortons, he just slammed the window shut, no apology... Nothing! We will never go back! We will discourage anyone we know that goes to Tim Hortons never to go to Corry, PA... The service is absolutely terrible! I don't understand how it can be so terrible with only the drive thru being open, they don't even have to worry about waiting on people in the lobby! What slow, lousy service!
