Tim Hortons review: Service was absolutely terrible! No donuts! Coffee was cold!

This is Tim Hortons right? The coffee/ donut shop? Well apparently not at 10711 state route 20 in Perrysburg, Oh. After pulling into your drive through and requesting a coffee and hot chocolate and a donut, I was rudely told there was only Boston cream left and 17 sour cream timbits. Since no one wanted any of these we proceeded to your drive through window where the he/ she could not make the effort to reach for the credit card or say any form of greeting. She then proceeded to reach her hand 1 inch out the window with a luke warm coffee and a hot chocolate that was prepared for satan himself. Thank you for allowing me to educate my minor child on rudeness at its finest and how not to act toward others. We will not be returning to your store. Based on your reviews no one cares about the low quality of this store!
