Tonight we waited half an hour in the drive-through line after placing our order. We ordered two coffees and two roast beef and cheese sandwiches. When we got to the takeout window, the rude server informed us that they were out of tomatoes. This was after he took my payment. So I told him give me my money back I'll just buy the two coffees. He left the window and about five minutes later a rude female came to the window and plopped my refund in my hand. While we waited in the lineup, We observed six vehicles backing up out of the line and leaving without even ordering. Never did any staff member even offer an apology.
