Tim Hortons review: Service

Store #915707 located at 3065 London Groveport Road in Grove City, Ohio 43123 on 6/6/2021 at 9:25 am. Drive thru order was placed; however, upon arrival at the window the order was incorrect. When attempting to correct the order a staff member, of which was photographed, continued to display verbally aggressive behaviors and condescending remarks toward us, the customer. As an attempt to rectify the order, the manager at the window, was attempting to listen to the customer but was unable to hear the customer as the other employee continued to berate us. I exited the car and entered the store to obtain information regarding the personnel as well as how to ensue a formal complaint.
