Tim Hortons review: Quality of products crispy chicken sandwich

We ordered 2 coffees and 2 Chicken Sandwiches Craveables. I placed the order the AAP as I was entitles to buy one get one/ The store did not have a record of the APP. At the cash I then tried the get $2 off purchase over and this would not go through either.

We paid for the purchase and drove to the park to enjoy the sandwiches to our shock we opened the sandwiches to find two pieces of chicken in one both overcooked almost deep brown and one the the other. These pieces of chicken were the size of my finger. I think this location is buying Chicken Fingers from a supermarket and recooking them? The pieces of lettuce were brown on the edges and no sauce on one of them, however the buns were good. We ended up making one sandwich out of two. It was the worse product I have ever had from TIMS. its sad to see this happen my wife and I have been going to McDonalds more often as 50% of the time we end up with dark roast when original blend is requested.

The young lady a the service window was very polite and friendly and tried to
get the APPs to register.

The product disappointments are repetitive in some locations this one in particular we know the ones that do not perform in Guelph and avoid them however no choice when we go to St Jacobs. We can go to the street bakery and will probably go there now.
