Tim Hortons review: Quality of food

Good Morning,
I have been moved to a new work place in Dundas, Ontario
Normally I visit Tim Hortons in Caledonia and have been very happy with their services.
Since I moved to Dundas I have visited Tim Hortons on 94 Main St. Dundas Ontario, three times and every time I was very unhappy with the service and quality of my order.
The first time I went my hash browns were not wrapped in anything they were just thrown in the bottom of my bag, my breakfast sandwich was ice cold.
The second time I went I wanted a smoothie, they told me to pull to the side and they would bring it out to me, 15 mins later I had to go in to get the smoothie.
Today I got a large tea and a bagel toasted. The tea had white chucks in it, the milk had gone sour and my bagel had been toasted hours before, it was hard as a rock.
I normally visit Tim Hortons every morning on my way to work for my tea, since being moved to Dundas I while be visiting the McDonalds instead of Tim Horton in Dundas, since I have wasted my money on the food there.
