Tim Hortons review: Order was not properly filled

Hello, this morning I visited the West Saanich Rd location and bought a 20-pack of TimBits for my coworkers and I requested that they be all chocolate. When I opened the box once I got to work, I noticed that there were no chocolate TimBits at all. I saw on the cash register display that the word "chocolate" was typed in and there were plenty of chocolate TimBits in the display case, so I'm not sure why this mistake happened. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

Desired outcome: I would like to have a replacement box of TimBits and that they all be chocolate as I requested in the first place.
