Tim Hortons review: Everything!!!

Tim Hortons Customer service sucks!. Yes it is a hard time out there but does not mean the servers need to be rude. We are paying for the product and over paying for frozzen reheat product.

They are unable to make food, either over socked butterd bagels yuke! or the sandwichews and breakfest sandwiches are never put toegther properaly they are mangeld and I have to re do it.

They either give way to many napkins or non. When I ask for a napken I get attituded. The packaging that food comes in is coverind in food products from butter to mayo or cream cheese. I need to wash my hands after grabing the bag from the counter because it cover in crap. The coffee is never fresh as advertised, they over fill the cups that it spills on me and in my car.

Smiles are free, but you never get one.

I will never go to Tim Hortons again. I am sick of being ripped off and treated like I am worthless human being .

Tim Hortons back in the day was a great coffee shop with fresh baked donuts. They have slipped so far from that!
