Employee with ugly piercing above lip and large red headed employee was both extremely rude and messed up my entire order! Terrible service and I will not be back. Employees also stated that they didn't want to serve anyone and was talking about me behind the window. Also slammed window in my face. Need nicer employees like the male manager with face tattoos, he is the best!

Desired outcome: Consequences for actions.

Perhaps you need to change your attitude. The customer is not always right. And by your comment, I would say you deserved it. Hope you have the day you deserve.
