Tim Hortons review: Employee was rude and lied to me (customer)

I placed my order through a drive through at 111 York Street in London Ontario, at 12:31 p.m. on September 18, 2021. My order came to $ 6.01. There was no receipt given in the bag.
The employee who took my order was very rude and cut me off when I was placing my order and never gave me a chance to finish my sentence. I ordered a 12 grain bagel, and she said we don't carry those, so I said I would like a multi grain bagel, she said I told you we don't carry those, (which she only said they didn't carry the multi grain.) My daughter was on the phone from Toronto and she heard the conversation, she also said the girl was rude. (Please understand that I and my daughter have been dealing with the public our whole working career and we know how to treat people). When I approached the window for my pick up, the staff who gave me my order was wearing a head phone set. I complained that the girl who took my order was rude, she then said there is only a male taking orders, this was clearly a lie and why would she be wearing a head set. I paid for my order and left and wished I would have gotten her name.
