Sat in drive thru for 24 minutes at 236-3:00pm to get coffee and Tim bits. Unreal. And no apology. When I was at window, they still had not grabbed my Tim bits and had to do that at that time so it's not like hot food slowed them down. The two people ahead of me only got beverages. I do not expect this from a fast food location that's primarily coffee and donuts for people wanting to grab a quick refreshment. Always loved Tim's but that was unbelievable especially in a small town with three local Tim hortons. Tons of staff is side too so this should not have happened! Lisa
