Tim Hortons review: Drive thru

I want to first start out by saying I know mistakes happen and I have been in the restaurant business when I was younger. Today when going through the drive-thru the young man taking my card accidently dropped it. I had to pull up and grab it and when I did my card cracked. Like I said I get mistakes happen but this is a complete and total inconvenience for me as now I do not have my card that I use on a daily business before going out of town for work for a week. I have to wait 5-7 business days to receive it on top of changing all of my subscriptions and things associated with that card. Not to mention I stopped at Tim Hortons on my way to the airport so I do not have time to stop at my bank to take out enough cash and will have to use the airport ATM and get charged a crazy fee. He apologized but I don't think they he understood how much of an inconvenience this causes me after I leave the store.
