Tim Hortons review: Dream donuts with no dream!

Every time I go to the Tim's down the street from my house, they have their dream donuts topped with sauce and whipped cream and that's it. No filling inside at all. I'm sick of it! I pay almost 3 dollars for what? They advertise dream donuts being filled with cream, but they don't even provide that. And half the time the girls in the morning are sitting on their phone or handing food to people through the back door. Opening late or closing early, just because? I've noticed it's died down a little since the summer. However something is going on there. Jo, the Korean guy, and Jassin in the evenings. They are super awesome but when they aren't not on shift, service is absolutely [censored]... For lack of a better word.
They have a lot of customer traffic and the customers deserve consistency. The two employees I mentioned are amazing, are just that. Right to spec every time.
But it should be that way 100% of the time, rather than 60% of the time.
