Tim Hortons review: Coffee was full of grounds.

I would like to complain about the medium coffee today. About a third of the drinking the coffee something went down my throat and I gagged. It turned out there was lots of loose grounds in the coffee. My mouth was full of grounds and had to spit them out. I had to drink 2 cups of water to get my mouth clean. Staff should be more careful. I would like a full refund.
