Tim Hortons review: Coffee, drive thru service, food

I worked at the merritt tim hortons. The standards are way below the tim hortons standards. Their restaurant is dirty, their workers are rude, and cannot speak proper English or understand it. Some of them. Their afternoon/evening drive thru takes 20 mins or longer for you to get to the window, with only 2 cars or less in front of you. When I have complained on how long it has taken, I have had an employee tell me if I think I can do it better do it. When I said I had worked at this tim hortons I was scoffed at, ridiculed and was told to come inside and prove him wrong then. The coffee is held in huge restaurant urns that leaves the coffee old, bitter and tasting burnt. The food is slapped together, hardly ever right and the bagels come so squished or so over crammed with cream cheese you cant eat it. I will not go back and work there. The standards here are absolutely deplorable and below the standards that we had held it in before it was sold from sandra and Eric, worst mistake ever!

Someone definately needs to come out here and see how this tim hortons is now run. Especially with covid. This tim hortons is beyond substandard. Their employees are rude, and half the time they cant understand us and we cant understand them
