This morning was the first time I have been to that specific Tim Hortons in at least 5 years since it is a very busy line. I went through early this morning and had no line to even wait in. When I first went to the intercom I gave my first food order of a breakfast sandwich I had to tell the person over 10 times how I wanted it I was then told that she was new and didn't know what to do. I then heard her speak to someone in the background who I am guessing is either a supervisor or maybe a manager. She then came onto the intercom and tried to get me to repeat my order for the 10th time. Then I had 2 ppl come over the intercom arguing about the order. The person who I think was the supervisor was named Christene and the worker I heard her name was Heather. She then tried to take my order and still kept getting things wrong. When I finally got to the window after 25 minutes of trying to order I then got attitude from the girl at the window and told to check my order to make sure it was right. By that time I was running late to work. I finally got to work and seen that my tea was made wrong and my hashbrowns were closed. today was my birthday and this was my worst tim hortons interaction ever.
