I try not to go to this location anymore because i find the service is very bad.
I only went to this location today (03/10/2020), because i didn't have my car to go to the other one near by.
I don't know if they are just unpleasant with me or that's the type of people they are. If that's the case, please have them re-trained on customer service or hire new staff.
I find that the staff is not following the cleanliness protocol.
Today I ordered 2 bagels and and one of the workers was making them for me, all of a sudden another worker decides to join her and engage in a full conversation. Normally i don't care what they do on company's time, but they were talking right over my food. Unacceptable. People needs to be conscious because when we talk, through no fault of our own, spit will come out. I went to talk to the manager on site, and her answer to me was: Well, i will let them know, but if someone asks them a question, they have to answer". That's not an acceptable response. If someone is asking them a question, turn around and answer it if that's the case and not over my food. In this case, they were having a conversation.
The staff is not clean or friendly. I am not sure what it will take for this to be taken seriously, but doesn't look like anything is being done since the same thing is happening every time. The behavior doesn't seem to be changing for the better.
