Tim Hortons review: Always get an ice capp, and the cup is always sliced open. Tired of it.

I went there tonight 3/14/21 to get an iced coffee, and ice cap. The cup of the ice cap was sliced on the side once again like it always is. I'm tired of it, every time it's the same thing.
The iced coffee wasn't how I asked for it to be made either, didn't even taste like vanilla. Asked for 4 & 4, didn't taste like it either. $5.98 every night I spend there, and half the time there's always a problem.
