Dec. 27, 2020 returned 3 items with The Bay return label acquired by calling the bay hotline. Returned via Canada Post.
Dec. 31, 2020 8:33am returned items were delivered to the warehouse, as confirmed through Canada Post Tracking.
Called the bay hotline and chatted on the bay chatline numerous times and each time I get a different response from the agent. 1 say received and in process. 1 says never received shipment. 1 says return shipment does not appear in system. I says refund will be credited in 48 hours. Finally on Jan 25, 2021, spoke to a supervisor on the hotline and she (Sipho from South Africa hotline) said the return label I received from the agent was a manual label, so the refund process has never taken place. Apparently she said she helped me raise the issue and the return process is activated and refund will be credited between 10-14 days. However, on Feb 13, spoke to an agent from hotline and they just say its in process. Past 14 days and there's nobody to speak to about it as hotline agents can't do nor see what is really happening. In the meantime, my credit card statement was due jan 13, now feb 13. the total return value is $562.
Desired outcome: to get a true answer or a contact where i can actually speak to and understand what is happening? Was my return received? Is it really in process?
They are a joke. I didn't know anything about this until I bought something from them online, but this is how they operate - a "reputable" Canadian company. It's a disgrace.
