After paying for a year membership with Kroger, being promised free delivery, I placed my first order and was given no free delivery options, and "instacart" delivery options are mixed with "kroger delivery" to select at checkout. I don't use instacart at all. It set me up to fail placing my first order -- after my order was placed I got an email stating it will be delivered in 2 days, after thinking I placed an order for same day, 8 hour later delivery. Already I feel ripped off after experience #1 attempting to use Kroger app to shop.

Recommendation: KROGER WILL SCAM YOU - their membership program has prices for delivery listed at checkout, despite advertising free delivery
