My husband and I are so glad that we found Krogers free delivery and instacart services. As we age it gets more difficult to shop and stock up on items, load and unload, especially the heavier items of spring water and sodas. We've only had two minor issues that were resolved quickly. One, that an item was missing, but Kroger's immediately reimbursed us, and the second where the groceries were stacked in front of our front door and it was slightly difficult for us to exit our home - but we managed and it hasn't happened since. Other than that it's been wonderful for the past year, all of the people have been friendly, on time, and saved an elderly couple the stress of lifting heavy objects, getting lost in crowds of shoppers, and having to travel when we're simply not up to it anymore. Thank you Krogers! We highly recommend this service.
Recommendation: Try it, you'll like it.
By the way, on the occasions that we shopped at their stores in Dawsonville and Cumming, the staff was helpful, pleasant and professional. The Dawsonville location is awesome!
