Kroger used to be my favorite store to shop. I only shop here now out of abseolute necessity. Store is filthy. Items are constantly out of stock or placed and labeled incorrectly. Products are constantly slid to the back of the shelves leaving me unable to reach them. Staff is unhelpful and rude. Self checkout is a nightmare. Prices scan wrong. When you scan items, the register likes to stop scanning and then you get to wait for the rude staff to come to your aid. Scanning coupons is a pain because you get to wait on staff again to assist with coupons as well. Just unacceptable. I have nothing positive to say about Kroger any longer.
