I ordered a fitted sheet and a set of matching pillowcases. I got an order confirmation for both as being in stock. Then the day of shipping, they send an email canceling the backordered sheet and shipped pillowcases. Nothing was ever backordered and i certainly never would have purchased a set of pillowcases for $70 if i wasnt getting the matching sheet. I immediately called and talked to the rudest woman who was deliberately unhelpful. After the pillowcases were returned to them confirmed by tracking, no confirmation sent. I had to email twice and 4 days after they received the return, they issue a statement they will refund minus the restocking fee. Unacceptable! I am a disabled woman who just lost her partner 6 weeks ago. I just wanted a new pair of bedsheets. And on top of dealing with estate/probate tasks and grief, i have to deal with rude treatment, trying to track down this return, and the company charging me for their mistake! I simply cannot believe they are still in business with these business practices.
