personal details missed used
Australian Red Cross have given by direct debit details to Australian Marketing Institute, which is complete breach of privacy contract agreement. I was cold called 47 times in a 5 day period, requesting me to increase in monthly donation. Australian Marketing Institute has my personnel details including my credited card number.
I had to contact Telstra to stop in phone calls, After number of call to Red Cross all they wanted was for me to donate more money and refused to stop my direct debit.
I ended up having my bank change my card number at a inconvenience for 10 days to end this matter.
