The Cheesecake Factory review: Wasted of time and money no management

To Whom It May Concern:
On 8-15-26 6:30 pm Saturday I walk in to get a table of 8 i was told 30 minutes. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes. we were seated and order what we wanted from menu after another 30 minutes the waitress came back to the table and was embarrassed to tell 5 of the items we order was sold out. My family order food they didn't care for. My steak ice cold and tuff. My wife and I been going there since they open. It's been going downhill we notice. Spent over $300 on a meal I wouldn't give to my dog. Worst dining experience I EVER HAD I'm 74 years old
