Poor customer service
I took my aunt to coon rapids Texas roadhouse last night 10/9/23. We arrived at 6:14 pm. At about 7pm after asking other servers for our server. He shows up to take our order. 45 minutes after arriving. I have never had an issue here EVER. I was so disappointed. I understand the place gets busy but there were empty tables everywhere and we were not being helped. Even one of the servers I asked rolled her eyes at us. I was really looking forward to my meal last night that never happened. How can this be made right?
Desired outcome: I would like a couple free meals.

My husband and I treated my sister and her husband for their 35th anniversary. First we received our food an hour after being seated, the waitress dropped my sisters food and had to recook her food twice. The mgr came out and acted so ghetto after I told I was reporting to corporate. She yelled at us and told us to get out. Just totally unprofessional.

My husband and I went to your restaurant off of Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake, Va. last night around 5:30pm. We had not been there in 10 years but decided to go there for our 51st Wedding anniversary. Upon arriving we were seated and had a wonderful server, her name Trinity. Your restaurant touts a good draft selection. My husband ordered Yuengling only to be told they were out. Next he ordered a dos equis, again out. My husband went to the bar with Trinity and found a substitute, a Vienna Lager.
The food came and it was very good, the steaks cooked perfectly.
Then came dessert. We ordered the big ole brownie w/ice cream. Poor Trinity had to come back out to tell us that they were out. We were getting a little frustrated, but ordered the strawberry cheesecake. It came out completely frozen as were the strawberries. I'm not sure who the alcohol and food manager is. If there were shortages of food and alcohol, I could understand. This was one of the busiest weekend for business. Running out of things looses customers and profits

Went to Texas Roadhouse July 28th 2023 at 6pm in Garden City SC. The steak was so tough I could only eat less than half of a 6oz sirlon. Got tired of chewing it. The baked potatoe wasn't done and hard. This is the first really bad meal I have ever gotten there. Ticket number 50027. The waitress was ok. The women's bathroom needed attention. No soap in 1 dispenser and paper all over the floor.

My wife and I went in the Texas Roadhouse in Conroe, Texas by route 105 store #214. We went on Fathers Day, June 18th, 2023. It was over 102 degrees outside when we set foot in the establishment sat down and ordered at the bar. I said to my wife that it seemed HOT inside. The lady working at the bar said that the A/C was not working and won’t get fixed until after they close. I started noticing that how is this place even open. If were 102 outside it was HOTTER inside. The cooks in the back had T-shirts over their heads and the steaks remained in the front case where you pick your own steak. At the end of the meal I didn’t even finish my meal asked for the check and asked for the military discount. The waitress called the manager who told her we weren’t honoring the military discount tonight on Fathers Day. I said that there are 4 pieces of paper on the door that said that they wouldn’t honor coupons but would honor the military discount. In the end we just paid full price for the $71.50 meal as we were frustrated with this overall experience. When we left we noticed that someone had just gotten sick at the entrance to the door outside. We then left.
Desired outcome: Please refund the meal of 71.50. I’d appreciate a response.
