Texas Roadhouse review: I just want "managers" to know how to talk to people. You can say what you need to say once and people will get the message.

We went on Mothers Day 2023. Before we went (around 1:30ish) we called to get on wait list. We informed them we needed a table for 10 people. We were told they couldn't do that until 8:30 that night? WHAT! That wasn't happening. They got the "manager" and she proceeded to tell us they couldn't do 10 seats together, but could do a table of 6, two tables of 4, etc. And that we may not be seated near each other. Ok, that was not the issue. This manager went on and on saying the same thing over again and she wanted us to "understand" what she was saying. We finally got tired of hearing that broken record and collectively 'WE GET IT". She didn't let you get a word in. I wasn't pleased to say the least. Once there I didn't see anyone that looked like a manager, they all looked like college KIDS. And guess what... WE WERE SEATED BACK TO BACK! Our waitress, Gaby? was a bit short in the beginning of taking our order but she tried to get it together. This Texas Roadhouse really has put a BITTER taste in my mouth and I, personally will not go back there. I'M DONE!
