Texas Roadhouse review: Service and management at location of Burlington NC

We went to this location and they wasn’t busy. We ordered a appetizer and our drinks. After 20 minutes we get our drinks. After 50 minutes they bring us the appetizer after we cancelled it due to the long wait. One hour we get our meal! The steaks were well done when we asked for medium rare! Never received our green beans and once we got them they were cold! We asked for a manager and the waitress would not let the manager know. Then when the bill came there were charges on it that we didn’t order! We spoke to the manager and she was snobby towards us and said it was a mistake that the waitress must of tap the screen. Well if we ordered it than it would of been with our food! We were treated as garbage! We will never GO BACK TO TEXAS ROADHOUSE AGAIN ANY LOCATIONS! You need to train these managers and employees to respect the customers!
