TELUS review: Telus has lost that great service

Been a member of Telus since the late 70’s, back when they were growing and cared about customer service. Now, all they want is your money, and the service lacks A LOT! They convinced me to switch my internet from Rogers promising better wifi. Guess what, no wifi can’t get proper tech people to fix it. Seven attempts to install and provide the service they promised and they ruined the paint on ours walls to boot! Thanks Telus for the poor service. Should have never left Rogers and oh, I’m texting this complaint on my cell date as my wifi doesn’t work at home. Don’t worry, I’ll keep paying my bill for nothing!
