TELUS review: Telus sales call
As a frustrated customer, I've received six unsolicited calls offering security systems just on Friday, plus two more already this morning. In 2 hours. These are clearly live agents—not robocalls—as a person calls but never leaves a message. This repeated contact is highly intrusive & excessive. Immediately remove my number from all telemarketing/sales lists (including internal) for these or similar offers & confirm in writing it will be permanently honored. No more calls.
Desired outcome: Intrusive and excessive. I would like my number removed from any telemarketing lists for security system offers (or similar unsolicited sales calls) immediately, and confirmation that this will be honored. I want the calls to stop now

2 calls on Saturday- 4 calls Monday. I finally managed to answer one and tell them to stop calling. Next day, three calls day after that, two calls. I also know it's not robocalls, because when they don't leave a message, you hear just silence from the person and a bunch of people talking in the background on the voicemail. I have tried calling in to be put on the internal.Do not call list only to be on, hold for over an hour.And a half before I gave up.
