Incredibly bad support

Incredibly bad support. Many 'chatbot' sessions with useless AI. Many "Telus expert" text streams that simply turn off and erase from the screen. After sufficient aggravation and hours on hold, I talked with support agents - who promise support calls back - and didn't call back ever. Lost case notes.
What a horror show. Shortly I will have to go back to Rogers, which has bad service and support, but was marginally better than Telus.

Recommendation: Stay away from Telus !
