If you need help for TELUS Business Connect VOIP support, you cannot contact their customer service department. The number is not listed on the TELUS website. The number is only offered through online chat is 844-626-6638, but the automated agent will not recognize your business connect phone number. If you instead put in your TELUS mobile number, it takes you to TELUS Mobility where they will forward your call to TELUS Business Connect.
The wait time is often well over half and hour (if you make it that long before they cut you off to preserve their wait-time statistics). There is no call-back option as you listen to annoying wait music and a "all our agents are busy, please remain on the line to keep your call priority" message every 30 seconds, making it impossible to do anything else while waiting. This is for a BUSINESS service.
I've complained about this for over 1 year. TELUS seems to no care.
Recommendation: I strongly advise that you not consider using TELUS BUSINESS CONNECT for your business if you rely on you phones.
