This is probably the most in depth information site I've ever used. Not only does it give an array of useful information but the information is accurate and as up to date as it can be. It was also fast and provided good, relevant links to other records on other sites. I like that. I was very impressed with this site and hope to keep it in my back pocket for years to come.

Use their services and due to the nature of my search, was not able to find what I was looking for. I used the 7 days trial option and cancelled a day after using the service. Info Tracer lived up to their policy and allowed me to cancel the subscription as per their terms. Reached out to customer service to make sure my subscription was terminated and they followed up with a call back.
This is probably the first time that I come across a web base service that live up to their term.

I was trying out this service as they had an opportunity to try it for a very low price for search. I was not ready to commit yet. The search was able to pull up what I needed. So I decided to subscribe for a year. Unfoturneatly, the deal I saw on the splash page was nowhere to be seen. I reached out to customer service and asked it it was still available. Since I acted so quickly, there were able to offer it to me again. The motto of the story is always reach out; you never know what might be available.

I gotta say, Infotracer is a real lifesaver. I was lookin' for some information and boy did it come quick! And the price? Can't beat it. It was just right for me. But let me tell ya, it was the customer support that really blew me away. I only needed a little bit of info, so I called up the support line. And let me tell ya, that's where I became totally satisfied with Infotracer. The rep I talked to, Emily, was a real pro. She knew her stuff and was super helpful. Normally, I don't do surveys or nothin' like that, but Emily's professionalism changed that. I had to give her a shoutout. Thanks Infotracer for havin' such great customer support. And thanks Emily for bein' a real rockstar. You deserve a promotion to the highest position of trainin' others to interact with customers who call customer support. You were 5 stars in my book. So, I decided to give Infotracer a try and paid $3.95 for the 7 day trial. It was all good until I was offered the premium report for $9.95. I thought it would be worth it, so I went ahead and paid for it. However, to my surprise, the site looped me back to the initial page where I had put in the information I was looking for. I was confused and frustrated because I had already paid for the premium report and it was nowhere to be found.

I tried again, thinking maybe I missed something, but it asked me again if I wanted to buy the premium report. I was charged $9.95 again and still no premium report. It felt like they were just taking my hard earned money without providing the service they promised. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I reached out to their customer service but haven't heard back from them yet. It's disappointing because I was hoping to get the information I needed, but instead, I wasted my time and money. Infotracer needs to improve their service and make sure they deliver what they promise.

I recently paid the fee for "full access" on Infotracer on March 20th, 2021. However, I was disappointed to find out that the access I received was very generic and not worth the fee I paid. All I got was information that a file exists with the name I searched, which is useless information that can be found for free online. To get more detailed information, I had to click on the report and pay an additional $18.00 for "Premium Service".

To make matters worse, when I tried to find out information on a "Breach Report", I was hit with another extra fee ranging from $9.95 to 19.95! This is internet fraud and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.

I am still waiting for a response from Infotracer, but I am not optimistic. I am sure all I will hear are excuses and no real solutions. Full Access should mean exactly that - full access to all the information available. Unfortunately, that is not the case with Infotracer.

Overall, I would not recommend this service to anyone. The fees are too high and the information provided is not worth the cost. It is a shame that companies like Infotracer are taking advantage of people who are looking for information online.

Infotracer is a pretty good website that provides a lot of information. I was looking for something specific and I found it easily on this site. It's not too shabby at all! I've used other services before, but Infotracer has given me more information in one go than any other service I've used before. The only information that was available was about the car itself, but there was no name or address to identify the owner. It was a bummer because I really needed to find out who the owner was.

I recently used Infotracer to obtain a report on my late husband and was extremely disappointed with the results. The report contained numerous errors and inaccuracies, dating back as far as 30 years ago. My husband was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident on 10/14/22, yet the report still listed him as alive. This was not only insensitive but also completely false.

Furthermore, the report failed to include important information such as my husband's bankruptcy filing in 2010. Additionally, he was arrested 20 years ago for speeding and parking tickets, but this was not mentioned in the report. It also failed to mention his marriage and subsequent divorce from 20 years ago, as well as several liens he had against him.

The report also contained errors in his addresses and associations with other people. Some of the people listed as associated with him were incorrect, and even his own adult children were not listed as being associated with him.

Overall, I found the report to be full of false and inaccurate information. I would not recommend Infotracer to anyone looking for accurate and reliable information.

I gotta say, Infotracer is pretty easy to use. I was able to find what I was looking for without any hassle. But, you gotta make sure you get what you need when you need it, ya know? And when you're done, make sure you close out your project. Ain't no problems with the site itself, but with all these subscriptions these days, it's easy to lose track of your payments. So, what I did was, before I got billed again, I closed out my account and made sure it was confirmed closed. Ain't nobody got time for unnecessary billing and problems in the future, am I right?

But let me tell ya, the staff is great. They were super helpful and friendly. I'll probably use their service again in the future, but I don't wanna pay for something I don't need at the moment. That's just common sense, ya know? Overall, Infotracer is a solid choice if you need to find some information. Just make sure you keep track of your payments and close out your account when you're done.

So I was checking out Infotracer.com and I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed. I tried doing an email search before signing up and it said there was a full report available. But then I paid the fee and signed up, and when I tried the same email address, it said there were no results. What gives? I was hoping to at least get some info on social media and website registrations.

I'm thinking maybe one reason for this is that Infotracer only covers the US, not Europe. But like, why isn't that mentioned anywhere? That seems like a pretty important detail to leave out.

Honestly, if there's no coverage for Europe, I'm gonna cancel my subscription and ask for a refund. I mean, what's the point of paying for a service that doesn't even cover the area I need it to?

I recently had the pleasure of using Infotracer and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Edmark. He was so helpful, thorough, intuitive, honest and kind that the experience actually made my week (maybe even my year). I was so impressed that I felt compelled to write a review, which is something I don't usually do unless a business is either really bad or shockingly good. In this case, it was definitely the latter.

It's refreshing to see that there are still companies out there that believe in integrity, transparency and just being downright good to the people whom they serve. Infotracer is definitely one of those companies, and Edmark is a shining example of what great customer service should look like. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and that I was completely satisfied with my experience.

I needed to identify the owner of a car that had been parked in a client's residential neighborhood in DC for several weeks. The 2019 Chevrolet had not been moved and did not belong to any of her neighbors. The client was moving out of her home this week and needed the car to be moved to have movers load and unload the furniture. However, your files did not contain the car owner's name or an address to identify the owner. It only provided details about the car itself, which didn't help. Unfortunately, the information was useless for this matter.

Nothing in the report was accurate. Going back 30 years. My husband was killed on his motorcycle on 10/14/22. He filed bankruptcy in 2010. That wasn't on there. He was arrested 20 years ago for speeding and parking tickets that wasn't on there. He was married and divorced. 20 years ago. That wasn't on there. He has leins. They weren't on there. His addresses were wrong and some of the people he was associated with are wrong. And his own kids who are now adults weren't associated with him. They also have him as still alive

Before signing up and paying the fee, I tried an e-mail check and it prompt the message that there is a full report. After paying the fee and signing up, I tried the same e-mail address, and surprise "Your search ***@yahoo.com did not return any results" I was expecting at least a social network report and websites inscriptions.
One of the reasons for which there is no report, probably might be that apparently, infotracer.com covers only US, not Europe...
Well, this very important detail is not mentioned anywhere!
If there is no coverage for Europe, I will cancel my subscription and asking for a refund.

So, I was trying to use Infotracer to find out the government name of a disabled American veteran who goes by the name of smokin Joe. Unfortunately, he was in jail again because he forgot to take his psych meds and his truck was still parked at the casino. I needed to get his truck towed, but I couldn't do that without knowing his government name.

I was hoping that Infotracer would be able to help me out, but it turns out that they only look up license plates for newer vehicles that are worth a lot of money. They don't bother with the older, cheaper vehicles that belong to disabled American veterans. I guess there's just no money in it for them.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with Infotracer. I thought they would be able to help me out, but they were no help at all. I guess I'll have to find another way to get smokin Joe's truck towed.

I went through the process of entering my credit card information and creating a password, but when I hit "save and continue," it didn't actually continue.
