Your people promised when they installed the new lines our yards and gardens wouldn't be disturbed very much at all. We were told they'd dig a small ditch to bury some conduit and everything would be put back the way it was. There's now a lot of furious people in this neighbourhood. In my yard, they laid the conduit on top of the ground, then tried to bury it with large rocks and the big chucks of asphalt they'd had to dig up. Then they buried all that in tree debris from the road. In my garden where I grow food. Needless to say, they also killed all the plants; all but one little rhodo that defied them. There's one little cedar tree at the end of the hedge row the crew also seem to want to kill. This is how they treat people's yards? They're still working, and I can't help but wonder what they're going to trash next. They also keep taking our own shovels and rakes from our yards; by mistake but we have to ask for them back.
Desired outcome: Treat my yard with respect, and do the job you said you would, the way you said would. It would be great if they replaced everything they needlessly killed, but I'll be happy if they just stop trashing my yard.
