5 months ago I took out a cellphone contract online with Telkom through one of their sales people. The lady opened and processed 2 incorrect products under my name and once I received the confirmation order I noticed the incorrect product was sent to me for delivery. I immediately notified Telkom and they send the currier company to collect the device/product that was still sealed.

I cancelled the entire contract and said due to the mess I do NOT want to rectify and take out the one I originally wanted. The billing department in Telkom confirmed over email that my contract was closed and that the device was returned to Telkom. That month end Telkom decided to debit my account for the worth of the entire cellphone package I received and returned to them, and every time I speak to Telkom Billing department they say I do NOT have an open account but yet they debit my account every month for the past 5months now.

They have handed me over to debt collectors and has dragged my name through the dirt as well as giving me bad credit name too.

I have tried to resolve this by going into a Telkom store and online and NO One can help me. They don't know why my account is being debited for the cellphone I do not have and that I don't have an open account with them.. they keep logging a querie and say someone will call me but no one does.

I get phoned daily by NuDebt and other debt collecting companies due to Telkom Mobile that has made an absolute mess in the first place and now no one seems to be able to help me.. I have all the supporting documentation that proves I have no account with them and emails that state I have returned the product as well as that Telkom has delivered no response to me but yet they are the ones commiting Frau currently debiting my account for something I do not have.

Desired outcome: I would like Telkom Mobile to rectify this problem and the account and take me off their system seen that I do not have any device or product from them. They have dragged my name through the dirt.
